3. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order.

  • Shipping dates and estimated arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • For loss or damage claims, you must notify us within 30 days of your purchase date if you believe your order is missing or damaged.

  • Replacement of products or credits for missing/damaged items are subject to investigation, which may include postal-service verification.

  • Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may, at our discretion, result in refusal of further sales.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • If a product is defective, missing, or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a replacement or credit your account.
