Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees: Unless otherwise specified at checkout, shipping and handling fees are included in the product price.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Once your order has been shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Missing or Damaged Orders: If you believe your order is missing or damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at hello@thefifthwaatch.com. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility: Items may be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Window: Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Process: To initiate a return, please email hello@thefifthwaatch.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

Condition: You are responsible for packaging the product securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
