Risk of Loss & Damaged Goods

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

For loss or damage claims, you must notify us at hello@thefifthwaatch.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Replacement of products or credits for missing/damaged items are subject to investigation, which may include carrier or postal-service verification.
