Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Fees

  • Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, shipping and handling fees are included in the product price.

  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests or international shipments.


Risk of Loss & Damaged Goods

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

  • For loss or damage claims, you must notify us at hello@thefifthwaatch.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

  • Replacement of products or credits for missing/damaged items are subject to investigation, which may include carrier or postal-service verification.

  • Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may, at our discretion, result in refusal of further sales.
